Battle Balls . . . Again! - Part 1: All is Lacking - MCIHAD
Note the date carefully, for here is the momentous return to form for the Trouble Planet boys after literally a year of no Battle Balls. Now, There Is More Battle Balls! Revel in the newly established precedent that we can apparently just come back to revisit games we’ve already played whenever we want; new and unknown content need not threaten any of our precious insulated worldviews! It’s been so long in fact that Keith ignominiously misses a mile-wide softball lob from Nick to light up Kyle with an old chestnut. Maybe that just means we’ve grown. Maybe we all have. That isn’t likely, but if new Battle Balls episodes is possible, what the fuck isn’t?! Yo man, (yeoman?) we just wanted a leisurely conclusion to our latest prolonged recording marathon. It was hard.

Senkyu (戦球), known as Battle Balls in English, is an arcade puzzle game created by Seibu Kaihatsu and released in 1995. A version for the Sony PlayStation was later released in limited quantities for the Japanese market and is now extremely rare.
