Bionic Commando Re-Armed w/ 3D spatial sound (OpenAL Soft HRTF audio)

This is Bionic Commando: Rearmed with OpenAL Soft's HRTF [IRC_1037 tables]. Like the other Diesel-engine games, this one requires at least OpenAL Soft 1.20.0 or higher to work correctly without distorted audio. The 3D audio effect isn't that prominent compared to Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project, nor are a lot of the sounds even spatialized. You'll mainly hear it with the rotors on the flying enemies. Also, for some reason all UI sounds are spatialized to the rear channels. Not sure what that's about, unless they meant to pan it to the center channel but messed up somehow. The top-down stages don't really sound that much better than the platformer stages, unfortunately.
How come the sequel to Rearmed never got a PC release?
