This is Serious Sam: The First Encounter in Fusion 2017 with OpenAL Soft's HRTF [IRC_1037 tables]. Whereas the original HD remake had rather poor 3D positional audio accuracy, the Fusion 2017 version is a much-needed improvement. Strangely, it's less accurate than how Serious Sam 3 sounds in Fusion 2017. It's most noticeable during the Headless Kamikaze rushes, where two Kamikazes coming at you from in front and behind seem to cause phasing.

Unlike regular Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter, the OpenAL32.dll is actually in the game's \bin directory.
