This is Moto Racer 3 with OpenAL Soft's HRTF through DSOAL [IRC_1037 tables]. It sounds a bit worse than Moto Racer 2, which makes since because Moto Racer 3 itself is a bit worse than Moto Racer 2. No, I don't know why the sky is rendered green. I had it working correctly on my old Windows 7 and dgVoodoo2, but Windows 10 seems to have broke it. This game has to have some of the worst engine sounds I have ever heard. Listening to it while recording this actually gave me a headache, no joke. I also have no clue as to why this game is Vert- while the previous one is Hor+.
Interestingly, this game uses a proprietary software sound engine called SoundMAX, which according to a single blurb on Wikipedia is the "Synthcore sound engine, a synthesis engine created by Staccato Systems, Inc. in the period 1997-2001, later rebranded by Analog Devices, Inc. as SoundMAX". The chorus and reverb for the engine sounds do not work with DSOAL.
