BioShock 2: Minerva's Den Walkthrough Part 2: Operations
4Having made his way into Minerva's Den's operations area that once housed the engineers who worked on The Thinker's programming and handled its functions, Sigma follows Porter's instructions in order to track down a signal jammer that he will need to use to disable a torpedo grid controlled by Sophia Lamb and Rapture Family to prevent anyone from escaping Rapture in order to allow Porter to leave the city once he receives The Thinker's blueprints and code. After doing so, Sigma heads towards the passageway leading into the core of Minerva's Den housing The Thinker only to find himself facing another obstacle once Reed Wahl, in desperate attempt to stop him, changes the temperature in the district, causing the passageway into the core to freeze over, thus forcing Sigma to venture into the district's temperature control facility in order to restore the normal temperature balance and allow himself the access into The Thinker's core. As he does, Sigma discovers that Porter intends to collect The Thinker and escape Rapture in order to help a researcher named Brigid Tenenbaum use The Thinker's powerful processing abilities and advanced artificial intelligence to create a cure capable of fully restoring ADAM addicts and other ADAM-affected people such as Little Sisters and Big Daddies to their normal selves and that Tenenbaum has reactivated him specifically to help Porter...
