Black Mesa - How To Unlock The Well-Done Achievement!
0In order to unlock the Well-Done achievement, you must cook a grenade for too long, causing it to detonate in your hand. I found some grenades in Chapter 3, Unforeseen Consequences, but going off of the description, this can be done anywhere.
In Chapter 3, play until you need to find the 2 valves to open a door. Near the first valve (Feed 1), you will find a Scientist hiding in a corner of a room. Approach him, and he will say that he can open a door to some weaponry if you escort him. Agree to do so, and head out of the door that leads to the catwalk and follow it.
At the end of the catwalk is another door (where the second valve is). Kill the enemy here if you already haven't, and the Scientist will open the locked door in the room for you. Enter the Security room and turn left to see some grenades on a table. Grab them. Now, simply HOLD the throw button when you have a grenade equipped to cook it. The grenade will detonate in your hand, unlocking the achievement!
