Got this bad boy from the "Make 3 excellent throws in a row" quest back in 2019! I did this quest every time I saw it (obviously it's easiest to complete on raid mons), and got 2 shinies from it after doing a TON of them. The first one was trash, so this more than made up for it, and is by far my best reward from turning in a quest for an encounter!
