In order to unlock the Unlock the Unified Coupling Theorum achievement, you must get a Barnacle to eat a Headcrab 10 times. I found an easy way to do this in Chapter 3, but I am sure there are other levels to do it in. To EASILY do this, start up Chapter 3.

Play through chapter 3 (Unforeseen Consequences) until you have turned both of the valves to open the door to progress. Once you have, head through the door into the icy room. The game will auto save here, but you might want to also make a backup save. On the opposite side of the room is an open doorway, and just past that, there are 2 Barnacles on the ceiling and a Headcrab that will start to walk towards you.

Position yourself so that the Headcrab either walks into the Barnacles dangly tongue thingy, or cause it to try and jump on you into it. It will be pulled up to the Barnacle and eaten. Once this has happened, pause the game and load your save/auto save. Now, head back to the Barnacles and repeat this process 9 more times. On the 10th time, the achievement will unlock!
