As part of the Necro Patch: ( https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/362890/view/4174347361777844150 ), Black Mesa added Controller support via Steam Input API while adding [or rather: overhauling] Auto-Aim feature sets, but the default value [as of this writing] is set too high-- thankfully: you can tweak the value with any way you want via "Skill.ctg" file (recommended) or Console Commands.
