Playing hotkey Twister over here with how many air unit groups I have to control...

Way more chill, if a bit micro heavy, playthrough with Granger. You could probably beat every scenario with Comanches/Combat Chinooks and a horde of cheap drones to take any anti air fire for you, except maybe Fai(Infantry) with Minigunners. It'd probably be the quickest way to do every level too. These King Raptors are no joke either. They're good against everything from air units to buildings.

I definitely feel the nerfs to Granger with Pathfinders no longer 1 shotting infantry, 6 instead of 8 units in Combat Chinooks, and no Laser Defense on top of Countermeasures for air units. He's still pretty darn good though, and seems to still have extremely strong Aurora Bombers. GLA Stinger Sites can actually fight back now since they're no longer getting completely nullified by a single Pathfinder.

Basically non-existent War Factory, but you still get Humvees, and you even get decent artillery, so honestly, probably not the worst in the game. Skycrane builders are very nice for not having to worry about radiation/toxins everywhere killing your dozers and workers. No extra power from your reactors like the first 2 USA base USA generals though, which is a shame.

'General' Notes:
1. Nuke: Pretty chill, these King Raptors pack a punch with 6 missiles, and Bunker Buster Stealth Fighters can clear all the defenses!
2. Toxin: Man, those Python(?) AA units of his are tanky against air. I think even Overlords take more damage from Raptors. Even with arguably the best General counter to him, this scenario is rough from the endless attack waves, and if you don't have a way to take his Palace out, good luck on defense.
3. Demolition: Yeah idk why they put that refinery and airfield over there when it's the first thing targeted anyways. Still don't know what's up with random Stinger Sites just having double the range of the other ones occasionally. I think redoing this, I'd use my Gen Powers and Particle Cannons on the Stingers earlier, then clean house with the air units.
4. Tank: Good ole missile Humvees(and lots of air support, of course!)
5. Stealth: Got lost in the aircraft sauce and didn't really win in a timely manner. Still annoyed at those stinger troopers you can't manually target and have to attack move into being garrisoned. This is where I learned the power of the mass air drone and copter squadron.
6. Laser: Insanely bad RNG on this run here, and he was going hard on the offense. Still no idea what causes the AI to change between runs.
7. Superweapons: Still an unfun level, and each power plant is giving 20 power, so it's hard to disable. Never really know where those Rods from God are coming from, other than space, I guess(and honestly, if they were, they'd be destroying more than a couple buildings, that's for sure. We're talking entire cities!). I feel like they didn't do that much damage when I was using them. Grainger at least can use air units here unlike pretty much everyone else except Townes.
8. Infantry: Little rough for Grainger. Tornadoes are pretty good here when dealing with infantry horde and Pathfinders are just an obvious choice to counter, even if they don't do as much damage as they used to. Fai's bunkers are TANKY though. Seems like they've got as many hitpoints as Palaces, at least against air units. Also learned those decorative buildings on the right are basically invincible and count as enemy units, which is very strange.
9. Armor: Learned that Ironsides AA defenses are surprisingly fragile, even if they rip apart air hordes like nobody's business. Like a mix between flak and gatling guns.
10. Salvage: Yup, drone fodder + Copter followup works pretty well!
11. Special Weapons: Yeah, now you know why I just do the SW strategy here. My hands were cramping from the hotkeying and commands. Who knew a game called Command and Conquer would require so many commands?!
