We spent the day hiking to and exploring several of the adits at the Carlyle Mine in the Pinto Mountains. The Carlyle Mine is rather extensive. Some tunnels are quite elaborate with multiple levels while others are more limited in scope. Remnants of an old tram can be found on the mountain, and one tram tower is still standing in good condition.
