It isnt often that I notice the news on the LemonAmiga home page, but I happened to glance at the news section on Jan 2nd this year to see a new Gloom hack had been released. I downloaded the link and recorded the game, and this was one of the final games I recorded for this years shows. (Unfortunately, I deleted the news post by mistake while learning to update the Lemon news)

Looking back, I think I was a little harsh in the review when it came to the maze-like world 2, as I'm sure the action gets wilder in the later levels, in such narrow identical-looking corridors. The maker recommends the 030, so perhaps this is the best one to try. Either way, the first level turned out to be very fun and addictive, so there would be enough here to keep me playing, if I had the weapons upgrades by playing from the start.
