I can't believe I am actually uploading the battles against him, this guy is a joke. I'm thinking he was made a humorous "villain" intentionally, much like Kefka *in WoB*.

I began the battle with Ayla at 1 HP and the +50% HP accessory, using Dino Tail and having Frog heal her quickly with a Mid Tonic. Then all three characters used their techs.

I'd have used a triple tech, but all three of the ones I used in the first fight against him require Crono to be present in the party. Boo.

I also used Frog's Heal technique, but neither Heal, nor the Mid Tonic were necessary, really. His HP is just that low.
