Fantastic Four is a PS1 exclusive that was released on September 30, 1997. It was developed by Probe Entertainment (which was a part of Acclaim, that mostly made junk games) and published by Acclaim themselves.

Now hold on here - a Fantastic Four game... for the PS1... and it's actually pretty good? Seriously, this is one of the most unique games we've played on this channel for quite some time. It still has the general flaws of a beat 'em up - biggest being that they become monotonous quickly, but this game is 4 player compatible, and features a really intriguing art style. It's hard to put it into words, so just watch the video for that.

For being a mid-to-low budget game, I have no complaints. I realize that it got generally bad reviews when it came out - mostly because beat 'em ups were done to death by 1997 - but I'm going to give this the CiB seal of approval in 2021. Play this one any way you can - thanks for watching!
