Playstation 1 is truly the 'Wild West' of video game systems. In the early days of 3D, it seemed like every developer tried to throw their hat into the massively popular PS1 ring and produced some of the most random, odd games of all-time. Recently, we sat down with a stack of PS1 games we never heard of, and the results are... unsurprising.

Time Crisis: Project Titan was released on June 20, 2001 as a Playstation exclusive - making this a pretty darn late release 'big' title. It was developed by Flying Tiger Development (they seem like a support studio, which worked with Disney, Hudson Soft, etc a lot in the past), and published by Namco.

This is an oddity - a Time Crisis game that was a console exclusive! If you've seen one Time Crisis game, you have seen them all, but I will say I really enjoyed my (brief) time playing this one. It is a little unfair that you don't get the heads-up cursor before you are about to get shot, but I feel this game is way more fair than most arcade shooters of its type. I can definitely suggest Time Crisis: Project Titan if you're a fan of the series - thanks for watching!
