7In the first part of Codename: ICEMAN, Sierra On-Line's only foray into the world of military-themed spy thrillers, we play as Commander John B. Westland, an officer of the United States Navy, currently enjoying a bit of R&R on the proverbially beautiful beaches of sunny Tahiti. Unfortunately for the Commander, just as his endless and typically fruitless chasing of the local ladies begins to bear fruit (with a romantic date with a local stewardess), his leisure time is interrupted by serious political ramifications - this time, involving the abduction of a US ambassador in the Middle East, requiring a special operation to locate and extract the kidnapped official before time runs out for everyone... and, naturally, John B. Westland has been chosen by the Pentagon as the best candidate for the job.
