In the last episode of Codename: ICEMAN, Commander Westland perseveres on his dangerous mission even after the Captain of the submarine is temporarily disabled, navigating tricky iceberg fields, battling hostile Russian destroyers and submarines, and eventually making his way into the Mediterranean Sea. There, after a short and nervous underwater trip to the shore, he is reunited with his Tahiti contact, Agent Stacy, and together they put into effect an elegant plan of infiltrating the compound with the kidnapped Ambassador, neutralizing his guards, and making a dashing escape to a nearby helicopter platform. Safely aboard the USS Saratoga, Commander Westland is now ready to be promoted, married, and made into a national American hero, while the Arab terrorists and the KGB cower in shame as the oil prices remain stable and no negative impact on US economy has come to pass!
