In this chapter, Elen shifts her attention back to the Ashlanders, where there are still three camps left that need to officially proclaim her as the Nerevarine. First stop is at the Ahemmusa Camp, where the local Wise Woman agrees to provide her vote only under the condition that Elen prepare a safe refuge for her tribe in the nearby Shrine of Ald Daedroth, recently occupied by some crazy and dangerous followers of the Mad Lord Sheogorath. With a little help from the Temple Ordinators and a little cunning of her own, Elen pacifies the cultists and gains the trust of the Ahemmusa. She also completes several minor nearby missions (such as finding an exotic White Guar), then returns to more civilized areas to rest and prepare for the remaining two camps.
