In this video, Crazy Cars 3, released in 1992 for the Atari ST by Titus.
Here we are with the 3rd chapter of the Crazy Cars series by Titus; the first and second chapters had good graphics and sound but they were also nearly unplayable. Would this last chapter do better than the previous ones? The answer is, YES, Titus did it, they have taken the Lamborghini exclusive license and finally made a good funny racing game.
We compete aboard a Lamborghini Diablo GT, making money with clandestine races in the United States, in cities such as Boston, Houston and San Francisco. The aim of the game is to earn as much dollars as possible by placing at the top of each race and you can also bet if you manage to get ahead of the current opponent. There's a shop where you can buy various upgrades, such as sports tires, Turbocharger and various other things.
Graphically Crazy Cars 3 is very polished, detailed, fast, smooth, a little joy for the eyes. The audio is good, the music tracks are pleasureable and the sound fx are very good. The playability is finally a strong point in this chapter, assuring hours of fun. The game also supports two-player mode at the same time.
