In this video, Space Invaders, released in 1990 for the Atari ST by Budgie UK licenceware.
This is the classic Space Invaders revisited with ST graphics and sound. Before the aliens can land and win, you must shoot every single ship and they, in turn, become faster and fire back at you; you can move left or right to avoid being killed and to get some cover. This version provide new graphics as well as the calssic one. You can also set the difficulty level.
The new graphic style could be better while the original is faithfully ported; the audio is ok and the playability is great if you're a fan of the classic arcade game.
Here you'll find gameplay of classic and new graphics as well as all the difficulty settings.

All footage taken from original hardware machines and upscaled to 1080P.
