I know many invaders who don't like the hide and seek game several hosts try but I actually do enjoy the hunt. The inspection of disturbed level details, the checking of corners, and the curiosity of how bold or devious their hiding spot is. It's only annoying to me when these hosts don't fight once their cover has been discovered.

After re-watching this clip I was so pained in the realization that I had just missed the host by not really checking a corner properly as I was demonstrating something to my livestream chat at the time. Coming back around and landing 3 fully charged and meaty R2s on the ultra greatsword instead of some pokes with the spear I would've had at the time made it entirely better though.
