So, after completing Borderlands the Pre-Sequel, I wasn’t sure which game should follow it (initially
I was going to do Birth by Sleep but I always seem to talk myself out from doing that one) and remembered this old gem. I was planning to play this during October on some livestream to celebrate Halloween but I never got around to do it so I thought I should make it up to the game by simply recording it. For those who aren’t quite familiar with the series, it is a Horror Survival game set in outer space (I should’ve probably lead by saying that this game gets very gruesome straight off the bat so, if you are squeamish, you should probably stop watching now). We play as Isaac Clarke who is an engineer that is sent out, along with a couple of people, to find out and repair the USG Ishimura, which is a massive mining ship that can crack open planets. The game itself is, as mentioned, a third-person shooter/survival horror game so expect some spooky things to go down (although, with a title like “Dead Space”, you shouldn’t really be excepting to see rainbows and sunshine unless it morphs into something twisted and evil). I have already played this game before so I might have some obscure flashbacks to my original playthrough which means that I might not be too surprised at jump scares etc. It has been a couple of years since then so, knowing myself, I’m probably going to be scared shitless anyway, especially since that game has a tendency to not allow me to shoot my weapon (not sure if it’s because I’m using a controller/if something is wrong with the controller etc. but it does get a little annoying down the road).
