Today's Squiggy Seven episode is a confusing adventure into an unlicensed RPG in a language that I don't understand so much that I'm not even able to determine what language it is. Before you yell at me for being confused about the title, yes I have seen Stranger Things (dope show), yes I am familiar with a Demogorgon, and yes I'm so dumb that I didn't realize that was the word I was reading. I blame the schools.

The game seems like it could be a decently fun JRPG, but the language barrier really hurts it. The thing about RPGs is they are usually heavily dependant on storyline, and if I can't read the language then I can't really enjoy the story. That definitely takes away from the fun, but the real problem comes in when I can't understand what I'm supposed to do.

This seems to be fairly straight-forward... enough so that I could buy a pinecone and fight some monsters, but all in all I was pretty lost by the end of it. I don't think I'd be able to get through this entire game without getting myself stuck. It's possible, but all in all it wouldn't really be worth it. And wit that, we say goodbye to Demogorgon Monk.

PS: Sorry about the technical issues... my computer is literally melting into a pile of plastic in my room. It's comically bad how poorly that things runs now. I'm going to do a video showing it in action one day and I bet you beg me to mercy kill it.

PPS: Go watch Stranger Things if you haven't watched it yet and you have a Netflix subscription, it's pretty awesome. I remember me and my sister sat down to check out this new Stranger Things show one day, and before we knew it over eight hours had passed and we'd binged the entire thing. Go watch Stranger Things, seriously.
