Kadaj is quite tempting to pull for, but I got not even his FR with the multi-tickets. So I am just waiting to see if Laguna FR and maybe Irvine BT would play nice.

As usual, off-banner characters (Laguna/Rinoa) got reworked before their FR is released a tiny bit later. So I gave Laguna a go here.

Boss:
Force:
50/70%: ATK/DEF/BRV dmg+
FA: Thunder Breath++ (BRV gain + AoE HP attack)

FT: 10T
- Player BRV dmg-

Weakness:
FA that deals BRV dmg and inflict at least one debuff (can be induced by special effects), when the boss is left with a debuff at above level 1

HP thresholds:
20/40/70%: "Charge"
- 100K+ BRV gain
- follow-up by using "Poisoning Ray"
(ST BRV + AOE HP attack, each BRV attack have random
targets)
- this attack also inflict various debuffs

General Approach:
Each boss has maybe around 350m HP, which is quite a lot for a 2 boss stage. All of the boss moves can be dodged, even the threshold ones.

The major things to tackle for this boss are the dmg reductions and the threshold attacks that may kill you. If you have Kadaj though, then the debuffs from the threshold attack may be the only thing that you need to worry about.

The dmg reduction from FG effects and boss FT are significant, so you do want some kind of support or BRV gain/refund to sustain your dmg potential.

Regarding cancelling boss FT, if you don't have Kadaj FR, you can still cancel boss FT with a FR that does not have a level debuff. For example, you just need to stick a Kurasame/Kadaj debuff beforehand and use your selected FR. As the level of his debuff increase, it will fulfil the condition.

The threshold attack lets the boss gain 100K+ BRV, and immediately follow-up with the attack. They don't need to wait for their turn, so you will need to take care of it somehow. Kadaj's debuff prevents BRV gain, so that would be the easiest way out. Another way is to simply dodge everything.

Using Cater BT, every one has 100% evasion. I tried my best to push their thresholds by targeting the other one that is not intended to be push, such that when Cater counters, Laguna's desperado explosion would be triggered twice, one due to active targeting and one due to counter.
I only allowed the bosses to move three times. Each time they move, they would take dmg from Cater counter/Fujin's Kamatachi/Laguna explosions.
So by combining these two tactics, I could get a lot more from Laguna's debuff.

Fujin's Kamatiachi suffered a bit because the wind imperil was buried by both Cater/Laguna's debuffs. Cater's EX mines were obstructed too, and she doesn't have UW. Though she has BRV refund on her attacks, so she was largely performing as intended.

Regarding Kadj:
I would say he is actually very good. His BT makes it so that he can freely switch target and maintain level 5 debuffs on both targets. His follow-up now has ST 6 HP hits, and it can trigger once after any characters' HP attack. For Kadaj, since his follow-up originally comes from his own LD, that would mean the follow-up would trigger twice on his turn.

His golden debuffs are still quite desirable, especially the one that simply stops 100% BRV gain.

Though if I were to find some weakness, it would be that his BT only lasts 6T and he doesn't have much cap up. It would be quite troublesome to work with his FR. Also since his debuff only stop dropping levels after BT, that means you also need another turn to put all targets at 5 levels to enjoy the universal follow-up. Optimal play with him would require some planning and execution.
He only has 30% cap up from BT, with no self-cap up. He does have 50% from FR, but as mentioned, working with his FR is a bit more difficult with 6T BT and the debuff problem if you don't plan on using BT phase. So you may have to provide cap up supplements for him.

Regarding Laguna:
Laguna mostly got HP hit count changes. He is more reliant on LD/EX than before now, since his base skills are still 3/3 while his LD/EX are now 6/6. His follow-up does become 4 hits, so that's very nice and not unexpected.

His desperado is still 4T, but now explode twice with the same trigger. He doesn't get an additional self cap up though, but maybe that is hidden in his FR. He is still a pretty decent AOE attacker with a lot of off-turn potentials.

Regarding Rinoa:
Her S1/EX/BRV/HP+ getting slightly more HP hits. Ultima does not have any additional dumps, but she does slightly get more cap up in general and 40% specific cap up when using Ultima. So I guess people will have some fun with her while pairing her up with Queen/Ursula.

If I get Laguna's FR, I will do something with him. Though Zidane ate half of my tickets without giving me anything, and Laguna's banner shouldn't have any multi-tickets, so it is looking very optimistic.
