Health and Physical:
✘ I will lose weight to 250lbs by the end of the year (287).
✔ I will Implement the Pomodoro Technique at Work to Force me to Get up Off my Desk Chair and Walk More (Got into it through video)
✘ I Will Take a Sleep Study to Resolve my Sleeping Issues and Live a Healthier Life (Not covered by insurance)
Mental Health:
✘ I Will take a 24-Hour Tech Sabbath Once a Quarter. Phone will be Restricted and Computer / TV will be Off (Couldn't Take off Work)
✘ I Will Enjoy Nature by Visiting 2 Places on the National Park Services (Ice Age Trail and Another)
✔ I Will Journal Once a Month in order to keep a nice log of my life (12/12)
Learning:
✘ I Will Read six new books (1/6) - (Pomodoro Techinque Illustrated)
✔ I Will Learn about Healthy Cooking by Taking a Great Course item on That to Help me Lose Weight
✔ I Will try and get a Dedicated Two-Hour Span at Work for Skill Improvement Time
My Results:
YouTube Channel Hobbies:
✔ I Will Create New Graphics for the YouTube Channel
✘ I Will Post a new Video Almost every single week
✔ I Will create a dedicated Yearly Plan for the channel and work on it.
✔ I Will Focus an Hour every day on completing tasks/working on the YouTube Channel. (excluding vacation and holidays)
Social:
✔ I Will Have one new Vacation this Year at a new Place (Nashville/Dells) through Driving. (Wisconsin)
✔ I Will try and go on a second vacation spot for fun (Las Vegas)
✔ I Will Go to Five New Date Places This Year, Traveling at Least Over an Hour for One of Them. (Bingo area, arcade, Willis Tower, Circus, Sip and Paint)
✔ I Will go to a Dance Club and party it up (in vegas)
Financial:
✔ I will Increase my 401k Contribution to 10 Percent and contribute the Whole Year
✔ I Will Pay off Another 20k Round of Student Loans (20,000/20,000)
✔ I Will Ask and Try to get a Raise this Year or Get a new Job That pays More.
Household:
✔ I will Begin Putting 50 Dollars a Paycheck into a House Fund.
✔ We will begin Researching and Looking at New Places to Live
✘ I will Fix the Hole in the Walls in the Bedroom and Office
Presentation:
✘ I Will Buy 3 New, High Quality and Stylish Clothing Items once I lose weight
✘ I Will Get a new Tattoo once I lose weight
✔ I Will Get my Car Washed every month (excluding Winter)

✔ I will Make a Themed Food Week list Every Other Month (6/6) (german, carribean, Korean, Vegetarian, video game, spanish)
✘ I Will Celebrate an Obscure Holiday once next year
✔ I Will Make my Own Pop this Year
✔ I Will volunteer twice this year outside of work (2/2) (river cleanup, Bulb planting)
