Further inspired by Decino's Doom 64 play through, it is "Watch Me Die" difficulty with pistol starts, fast monsters, and no mid-level loading. This map, also known as "Alpha Quadrant", is known for its super dark pit, also called the "party pit"! I have been blessed with another start that I don't have to struggle through. I was kind of fearing the zombiemen in the hallways, since they were so deadly previously, but I had enough cover and a chaingun to rip holes through them. I thought I would be bold and enter the party pit to kill all the spectres, but jokes on me as I ran out of ammo and forgot to grab the berserk! So I had to leave this level wounded by not getting all of the kills and missing some of the secrets I knew how to get. Importantly, I live to fight another day!
