Doom Wads/Mods The Rejected #2:Realm Of Chaos
https://www.doomworld.com/idgames/levels/doom2/megawads/rlmchaos Embrace the mayhem, let it consume you. A megawad is something I treasure with 32 or 36 maps to go over and unveil its storyline, and with older megawads its fun to see that player made wads do have the effort put into their backstories.
Released on Halloween 1996 by TMT or The Macintosh Team consisting of Antoni Chan, Jason Fowler, Jim Bagrow, Clint Sago, Steve Duff (Of TNT Revilution, Shotgun Symphony fame), Slava Pestov and Rob Berkowitz. Realm of Chaos is a 32 level megawad which has a story involving us on a base set up on Mars when demons attack, leading us to earth to stop hell's invasion.
Realms of Chaos has 1990's experimentation all over it with new custom sounds, new graphic replacements and new enemy sounds contains in two PWADs to load together, Its mapping is alright though theres a serious ammo drop off in the mid part, though I liked Realm of Chaos.
[[As previously mentioned, I'll choose 5 wads as the ones to close a current season, the ones that stood out with me and I'll be applying that to this special too. Again an season 1 reject, I was trying to focus on popular wads/mods at the time since 2019 was still going on. I'm not really that fond of custom graphic changes unless they are unique and the new designs of items weren't that good to me.]]
