Dungeon Keeper 2 - Sequel to Bullfrog's Devilishly Fun Strategy Game
7The original Dungeon Keeper developed by Bullfrog was such a success, they made a sequel that improves upon the formula without changing it too much. You command imps to dig out rooms and gold to build specialized rooms for your monsters to sleep, eat, train, do research, and more. As you progress, goodie two-shoe heroes will show up to try and destroy you. Your mission is to collect all 20 Portal Gems, which keep the forces of darkness at bay in the land you're trying to conquer.
Dungeon Keeper 2 doesn't try to reinvent the wheel, keeping the gameplay very similar to the original, but mixes it up enough and adds a few new features to help it stand out. The game was a success for Bullfrog, and a 3rd game in the franchise was planned for PC and PlayStation, but was nixed because of EA.
