It's Ozma, straight out of Final Fantasy IX! Almost literally. To find this boss, you must play the piano in the Shinra Mansion using the same melody you played on the piano at Tifa's house. Some of the keys are missing, and you must fill them in by pressing the 'missing button'. If done correctly, Ozma will appear in the main hall of the mansion, right in front of the door.
If you know what Ozma's attacks are in FFIX, then you'll know what they are here, as well. Ozma, doesn't have the crazy smart AI script that it has in FFIX, but rather it is a responsive boss. What I mean by 'responsive' is that it will act no matter what you do, whether it be attacking it, or healing up with a potion, Ozma will act in some way. So basically, Ozma is a pure counterattacking boss, and will use a random attack after each one of your actions. Because of that fact, equipping Magic Counter is useless here as it doesn't work against counterattacks.
We need to get lucky here with what Ozma uses. It is weak to pearl, so we use that as our main source of offense. Aerith's setup allows her to avoid quite a few of Ozma's attacks; and being level 62 means she avoids both Lv4 Holy and Lv5 Death. A first turn Vaccine prevents both Curse and Mini. Not sure if it has Berserk, as I never saw it. What we DO need to worry about is Meteor, as that is pretty much guaranteed to kill as it hits six times. We do have Final Attack + Renew in case Meteor does show up, but in this mod, it only works once, so if we see a second Meteor, then we automatically lose the battle. Ozma also has the deadly Doomsday attack, which I BELIEVE is hidden element, not sure about that. But it deals heavy damage and heals Ozma at the same time. We can simply toss an X-Potion or an Elixir (if low on MP due to either casting Pearl or because of Ozma's MP Absorb) to heal up from that, but the problem with this attack is that if Ozma counters with it several times in a row, we lose ground on the damage front, making this battle drag on longer than it needs to. Which, unfortunately happened on this attempt.
So pretty much if Ozma counters with anything other than Flare Star, Doomsday, or Meteor, we can attack with Pearl. Towards the end, I was afraid I'd lose a lot of ground on the damage front due to Doomsday, so I tossed my only Gospel Spark, which inflicts peerless. Granted it turned out that I didn't actually need to use it, but I had to make sure damage stuck on Ozma without having to worry about healing up. When Ozma dies, it will get off one last counterattack; here's hoping we don't see Meteor #2 here, because you will still lose if it is.
