Two for the price of one! To make them spawn, you need to kill every enemy in the Karydine Glacier area of the Paramina Rift and then go to the South-most part of the zone.
The Ancbolder is weak to Wind, the Anchag is weak to Water, both fight using only physical attacks.
Also, you can steal Damascus Steel from Anchag (He'll respawn if you leave Paramina and come back before fulfilling the conditions again) but there's a more efficient way to do that, which I'll show next.
