Alear and the others arrive at Solm Castle, which was where Fogado brought them to last chapter, and this is where we find Seforia, the queen of Solm. We then learn that the Emblem Ring is with Timerra, the crown princess of Solm and Fogado's sister, who has set up a camp by the oasis, and Alear and the others find her in order to awaken Ike from the Emblem Ring.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

It is time to start Chapter 13, and this map takes place in Oasis Village, and it is dark there, you will want to bring some torches, and Wyvern Riders can come out from the darkness to attack. We gain three new allies, Timerra is a Sentinel, her class is the Lance Fighter variant, a Backup type class, she comes with a Silver Lance and a Javelin. Her Personal Skill is Racket of Solm, which reduces the critical rate of enemies within 3 spaces by 5, and she comes equipped with the Ring of the Radiant Hero, which allows Ike to be summoned. For skills, Ike has Demolish, which destroys terrain in a single blow, Resolve has the unit gain +5 Defense and Resistance if the unit's HP is below 75%, and with Timerra's class having good Defense, Dexterity, and Speed, the extra Defense and Resistance can be helpful in most cases, Ike's Emblem Ring is best on frontline units. Laguz Friend has unit take 50% less damage, but sets the unit's Avoid to 0, and the Engage Attack is Great Aether, the unit gets +5 Defense and Resistance, but cannot counterattack, and on the next turn, unit attacks within 2 spaces, and heals 30% of damage dealt, making this good when against a group of enemies. The Hammer from Emblem Ike is different to the axe of the same name, while it does deal bonus damage to armored units, Ike's Hammer has a smash effect, but the unit will always move last.
Timerra has two retainers, and both of them are female units, starting with Panette, she is a Berserker, an axe unit with a high chance of scoring critical hits, her best stats are HP, Strength, and Dexterity. Panette comes with a Silver Axe and Hand Axe, and her Personal Skill is Blood Fury, which provides +10 critical hit rate if her HP is below 100%. Panette is one of the best units in the game, if you give her a Killer Axe, her crit rate can be very high, to the point that even bosses can be taken out in one attack.
The other is Merrin, a Wolf Knight, a cavalry class that uses knives and specializes in Speed, Dexterity, and Luck, and Merrin has the stats to make that class work, she doesn't have the best Strength stat, but with the use of knives, she can help support allies by weakening foes, she comes with a Silver Dagger and a Steel Sword. Knightly Escort is her Personal Skill, this boosts the hit rate and avoid of the unit if there are two of more female allies within 2 spaces from the user, this also affects those female allies as well.
As there are a lot of obstacles, Timerra can remove them with Demolish, you don't have to Engage in order to remove them, while your other units work on helping them out. For items you can receive from the houses, and one of them is scripted to be destroyed, you get a Seraph Robe and the Rescue staff, the Seraph Robe permanently boosts a unit's HP by 5, and Rescue warps an ally to the user, and a Mage drops Elwind.
As for the bosses, both of them are Axe Fighters, Tetchie has a Tomahawk, and Totchie has a Brave Axe, and they are both tough opponents, you can have Timerra use Great Aether with Ike to get in some damage, and then have your other units take out the two bandits.
After driving out the bandits, we then receive news about the Elusian forces invading Solm Palace, and then explore Oasis Village. I could explain about Emblem Ike, the Emblem Ring provides Strength, HP, and Defense, making it best for frontline units, Diamant being one of the best units for that Emblem Ring. For skills, Laguz Friend normally has the unit take 50% less damage, but on Dragon units, they take 10% less damage, making it 60% less damage. For Great Aether, Dragon units deal more damage per hit taken, Armored units get an extra +5 Defense, making it +10 Defense, and for Flying units, they gain +5 Resistance, making it +10 Resistance.
