After clearing out the bandits at Oasis Village, and awakening Ike from the Emblem Ring, Alear then learns from Timerra that there is a second Emblem Ring in Solm, but before we can find out the location, we receive news that Solm Palace is under attack by the Elusian army, and Hortensia is the one leading them.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

We return back to the Somniel, and we unlock the Flea Market, which is run by Timerra, but sometimes you can find Anna or Panette who will get Timerra for you, or sometimes nobody is there, but you can still buy items even then. This is where you can buy gifts, which you can give to other units to increase support. This is the only activity, or shop in this case, where Vander is not one of the units that can appear.
Going over the new units, Timerra's exclusive Advance Class is Picket, which can only use lances, for stats, it has good Dexterity and Speed, it doesn't have the best Strength when compared to Halberdier. The class skill is Sandstorm, which has a chance of calculating damage using 150% of Defense stat instead of Strength based on the Dexterity stat, and for some skills you want on Timerra, Resolve and Defense are both skills she can learn from Ike, and this pairs well with Picket, Dexterity from Lucina helps with the activation of Sandstorm.
Panette's starting class is Berserker, and her growth rates will always give her HP for each level, and she has good Strength, which pairs well with her Personal Skill in getting critical hits, if you want to change her class to Warrior, this does allow her to use bows, the Longbow on a Backup unit can allow them to get in a chain attack from 3 spaces away. The class skill from Berserker is Smash+, smash weapons push foes away 2 spaces instead of one, and compared to Boucheron, Panette has better Strength and HP, while Boucheron does have some better stats, his Strength growth isn't as great.
Merrin's class is Wolf Knight, which is a cavalry class that uses knives, she has good Speed and Dexterity, but not the best in Strength. I decided to compare her to Yunaka if you decide to change her class to Wolf Knight, and Merrin has better Speed, while Yunaka has better Dexterity and Luck. The class skill for Wolf Knight is Hobble, which inflicts a -2 movement debuff on foe after combat if unit is equipped with a knife, and Alacrity is a good skill to pick up with her high Speed stat.
Next is Emblem Ike, and Resolve is a good skill to inherit on Timerra, that way she can make use of her class skill in her exclusive Picket class. For other skills, Reposition can be used to move an ally to the opposite side of the unit, and Axe Power at Bond Level 4 and Axe Power 2 at Bond Level 7 are some good skills you can have Panette inherit to put her Personal Skill to use. Ike has Axe Prof. at Bond Level 6, and as we don't have Leif with us, and if you want to put your unit in a class like Warrior or Berserker, Emblem Ike has Axe Prof., he also has Sword Prof. at Bond Level 9, but that is on like almost every other Emblem. At Bond Level 10 is Urvan, an axe that grants Res +3 when wielded, making Ike a good Emblem for frontline fights, for units that can put Emblem Ike to use, Timerra, Panette, and Diamant are good examples, armored units like Louis or Jade can make use of the extra Defense and Res boost from Resolve, while Flying units like Chloé or Ivy can get extra Resistance from Great Aether, they are not the best units to equip Ike onto. The stat boosts from Ike are HP, Strength, and Defense, as is an Emblem for frontline fighters.
Next are the supports for the new units and who they can support with other than Alear, and here is a list of them.
Timerra: Framme, Alfred, Diamant, Jade, Ivy, Merrin, Panette, Fogado, Anna
Merrin: Chloé, Amber, Citrinne, Kagetsu, Timerra, Panette, Bunet, Yunaka
Panette: Boucheron, Etie, Amber, Ivy, Timerra, Merrin, Pandreo, Yunaka
