Today I show how to download and run newly released GameVox on any Linux x64 desktop distro.

GameVox is new voice and text communication for gaming community. GameVox communicator is developed by some developers of the project Mumble. What is interesting is GameVox compete with systems such as Mumble, Ventrilo or TeamSpeak 3. As it turns out comparisons fall on CPMa new GameVox.

What is important GameVox offers a free server, an unlimited number of users, no need for ports or IP addresses, simple permission system, a full system of friends or volume control on each usera or the ability to set their own avatars and images.

Additionally GameVox is a multiplatform application, so it is available in a native version for Windows, Mac OSX and Linux.

How to get GameVox on Linux:

1. Go to website: https://www.gamevox.com/en/download/linux
2. Download GameVox beta for Linux (or even Mac/Windows if you need).
3. Downloaded .run file, make it a executable and now you can simply run it and install. In next you can now launch client,
If you don't know how to make executable client in GUI way or command line, you can use simple tip from GameVox devs:

Download GameVox-Install.run
Change permissions on the file to allow execution
chmod +x GameVox-Install.run
Run the installation
./GameVox-Install.run
Accept the agreement (if you agree)
Run GameVox
./GameVox/run_gamevox.sh

1. Idź do strony: https://www.gamevox.com/en/download/linux
2. Pobierz wersję dla Linuksa.
3. Pobranemu plikowi nadaj parametr "wykonywalny" we właściwościach aplikacji lub w konsoli (chmod +x). Gotowe, teraz można uruchomić instalację aplikacji, po zaakceptowaniu licencji można dokonać pierwszego uruchomienia.
