Overall, NETRUNNER 15 is a Linux distribution based on Kubuntu 14.10. With the release of 15 we find new as of the release date - February 2015, - KDE Plasma 5.2. Cześć. Dzisiaj pokażę wam jak wygląda kolejna dystrybucja Linuksa. Dzisiaj padło na Linuksa Netrunner 15.
Słowem wstępu Netrunner 15 nie jest już aktualną wersją tej dystrybucji, bowiem pojawiły się jego nowe wydania 15 i 17. Mimo wszystko mając jego obraz ISO na dysku postanowiłem przyjrzeć się jemu z bliska.
Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, Netrunner 15 jest dystrybucją opartą na Linux Kubuntu 14.10. W wydaniu 15 znajdziemy nowość jak na datę wydania - luty 2015 roku, a mianowicie środowisko KDE Plasma 5.2. Poprzednie wydania zawierały jeszcze KDE 4.X. Oprócz tego znalazły się tam również KDE Frameworks 5.7 i Qt 5.4, a także własne modyfikacji stylu Oxygen i Brezze Należy dodać, że w odróżnieniu od Netrunner 14 (długo terminowana wersja) Netrunner 15 jest dostępny jedynie w wersji x64.
Dystrybucja Netrunner 15, działa całkiem sprawnie i to nawet w przypadku uruchomienia w postaci obrazu Live. Znajdziemy tytaj od razu wiele przydatnych aplikacji, a masa innych czeka na nas w repozytorium, które pamiętajmy jest kompatybilne z tym dostępnych w Ubuntu.
Netrunner 15 to system bardzo przemyślany, zarówno pod względem wykonania jak i funkcjonalności. W każdej chwili możemy przywołać podręczną konsolę czy też w prosty sposób zmienić ustawiania systemu. Nie zwodzi także design, który został wykonany solidnie, a twórcy zadbali nawet o estetyczny ekran wczytywania systemu, który niestety z uwagi na wersję LIVE nie mogł zostać nagrany.
