Grand Theft Auto Vice City - 100% completion with the least amount of mission attempts
0In this video, I play through grand theft auto vice city getting 100% completion after 88 mission attempts, which is the lowest possible. This was accomplished using the 2005 PlayStation 2 version of the game. I also managed to complete this feat without dying or getting busted as indicated from the statistics.
The game loads with 99% of the game completed and 87 mission attempts, at the 1102 Washington Street safe house. Here I showcased the statistics briefly before jacking a nearby car to drive to the final mission. I took the time to lower the radio audio level in the saved file so I would not have any copyright issues from the brief car ride from the safe house to your mansion on Starfish Island. I took the time to turn the radio audio back up before the final mission because the ending credits are painful when viewed in silence.
From here, I complete the final “Keep your friends close…” mission. During this mission, I decided to kill both Sonny and Lance Vance with a rocket launcher, which seems to be the most efficient means of doing so.
I let my stats roll clear at the end to show the 100% completion, as well as the 88 mission attempts. At this point, I take all three post game phone calls while looking around the mansion. As you may notice my version of the game has the glitch present for the “Trial by Dirt” and “Test track” which kind of screwed me in a previous attempt at completion. You will notice that both scores are the same despite multiple attempts at each race.
