Years of research shows that there is a connection between the foods you eat and the energy levels you can maintain during the day. It is well known that the things we eat and drink will affect our moods and our ability to handle the daily stresses encountered at work.
We get plenty of opportunities for overindulgence, being "over-served" during the year. Happy hours, family and friends parties, family get-togethers and office parties are frequent enough.
This short safety video explains the problems of a hangover and how to avoid getting one.
There is no cure for a hangover. Despite all the advice to the contrary, you cannot defeat the effects of overindulgence, except through time. The only way to prevent a hangover-induced injury is not to get a hangover.
