Clearing the saloon is probably the trickiest bit to do in this NFR, mainly 'cause the front entrances are midtexes instead of regular doors. As a result, enemies can see through just fine, but I can't, needing to blindfire inside half of the time. Didn't help that the room itself is half darkened. It's one of the reasons why I have no quarrels with using things that are off era like the turrets since the enemies pretty much cheat. I do try not to do things like hacking, atleast. Bit of an arbitrary rule, I know, but still.

You might've noticed it by now, but I've been modifying some of Bastardos' sprites and textures here and there. Mainly to clean up some of the odd white pixels that annoyed me like in the carriage or cactus sprites. Also had to cover up the ladies, didn't wanna risk it in this platform. Thought about doing the same thing I did in Penthouse/NeoDoom and just stapling RnK/PK art all over, but I decided to have a little bit more effort in covering up the no-no-good-sire bits while keeping the OG feel.
