Did you know that there is an actual leaderboard for this on Speedrun.com? Well, now you know.

There are two types of Speedrun regarding Hisoutensoku, one is the Story Mode, which is divided by characters (Sanae, Cirno and Meiling) and difficulty and the other is the Arcade Mode which is divided by Difficulty and Character but the character is kind of irrelevant to the actual run aside from personal choice.
The overall faster time for the Arcade Mode is 7:46 on Lunatic with Patchouli, while this time of mine is the 2nd best overall and the fastest in the Easy Category.

There isn't much that can be said when it comes to strategy or planning, I'm honestly surprised someone managed to get 7:46 with Patchouli considering her damage isn't that massive usually but I guess her DPS is quite good if you know how to deal with the CPU. On that line of thought my general strategy was to go for Utsuho for her massive damage and the Abyss Nova Spellcard which is a fullscreenish UB that does pretty hefty damage (usually not great at competitive level but fantastic against the mindless CPU). I also tried to play around the fact the CPU will try to randomly jump at any gap of pressure by doing frametraps with 5A-A and 5AA6A, the rest is just doing as much damage as possible and keeping it swift, which is harder to achieve than it sounds if the CPU decides to "just block everything" for no reason.

Honestly a simple and fairly fun speedrun to attempt, it only takes 10 minutes top in the worst case and with enough optimization and practice it could easily go under 8 minutes (Seriously, how do you get 7 minutes unless the CPU just "decides" to die on your attacks?)
