About this video: This video is our step-by-step guide on how to download and install Ender Storage in Minecraft 1.16.4. What is Ender Storage 1.16.4? Well, Ender Storage is a mod that takes ender chests and allows them to be color coded to link to other chests with the same color codes. For example, if you make the color coding on two chests all red, those chests will link together. However, chests with all blue colors will not. These will only link to those with all blue. There are thousands of different color combos you can have giving you endless possibilities. So, here is how to add Ender Storage to Minecraft 1.16.4.
The first step is getting Forge. You can find everything you need to know about downloading and installing Forge in Minecraft 1.16.4 in our guide linked above. It truly does go over all steps of getting Forge for 1.16.4, and it even goes over the different issues you could have and how to fix those in Minecraft.
Once you have Forge installed, it is time to learn how to download Ender Storage in Minecraft 1.16.4. You can find the download link for Ender Storage in the description above. When you click that, it will take you to the official Ender Storage download page. Here, look at the right-hand sidebar and scroll down to the ‘Minecraft 1.16’ section. Under that, you will see ‘Ender Storage 1.16.4’. Click the purple download button to the right of this, and the download will start right away. You will need to keep the file in the bottom right on Chrome and save in Firefox.
Then, you will need to repeat the above process for CodeChickenLib mod, which is linked above in the description. This is a compatibility mod that Ender Storage needs to work in Minecraft.
After you have these mods downloaded, it is time to get them installed. To do this, open up the Forge version of Minecraft 1.16.4. You should have that setup from the Forge tutorial you followed.
