I can confirm by experiment that the 16-bit int in which reputation is stored will flip, at least in the "underflow" direction. Since this would need about 6500 kills without savefile editing, it's not exactly practical.

"Friendly" retro lines are in the game, but they are buggy, making neutral/friendly retros surprisingly introverted. Sadly, they are not voiced. I'm not exactly sure why the Retros are stoners, but it might explain the design of their temple in RF.
