How to Check your Wallet Balance & Money on PS App on Phone for PS4 or PS5 Account
1To check your PlayStation Wallet balance and funds using the PlayStation App on your phone for your PS4 or PS5 account, follow these steps:
Open the PlayStation App: Launch the app on your Android or iPhone and sign in to your PlayStation Network (PSN) account.
Access the PlayStation Store: Tap the shopping bag icon (PlayStation Store) at the bottom of the screen.
Go to Wallet: Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner, then select Payment Management or Wallet.
View Balance: Your current wallet balance will be displayed on the screen.
If you don’t see the balance or encounter issues, ensure you’re signed in with the correct PSN account. Alternatively, you can check your wallet balance on the PS4/PS5 console under Settings - Account Management - Account Information - Wallet.
