How to Find a Game ADD ON or DLC on PS5 Pro (Easy Tutorial)
2To find a game add-on or downloadable content (DLC) on your PS5 Pro, the process is straightforward and mirrors the standard PS5 interface, as the PS5 Pro uses the same system software. Here’s how to locate add-ons or DLC for your games as of March 11, 2025:
Step 1: Navigate to the Game on the Home Screen or Library
Start on the PS5 Pro home screen, where your recently played games are displayed.
Highlight the game for which you want to find add-ons or DLC. If it’s not on the home screen, go to the Game Library by scrolling right to the end of the home screen tiles and selecting it.
In the Game Library, choose Your Collection to see all installed or owned games, then select the specific game.
Step 2: Access the Game Hub
With the game highlighted, press down on the directional pad or left analog stick to open the game hub. Do not press X yet, as that launches the game.
Scroll down past the Play Game option until you reach the Add-Ons section. This section lists available DLC or add-ons tied to the game.
Step 3: Explore the Add-Ons Section
In the Add-Ons section, you’ll see a list of available add-ons or DLC, such as extra levels, skins, or season passes. If there are more than nine items, scroll right to the end and select View All Add-Ons for a full list.
Alternatively, next to the Play Game button, select the three-dot menu, labeled “…”, then choose View Product. Scroll down on the next screen to find the Add-Ons section.
Step 4: Check Purchased or Installed DLC
To see DLC you’ve already downloaded or purchased, highlight the game on the home screen or in the Game Library, then press the Options button on your DualSense controller, the small button with three horizontal lines near the touchpad.
Select Manage Game Content from the pop-up menu. This shows a list of installed add-ons for that game, with options to install, delete, or download any missing ones you own.
Step 5: Find DLC via the PlayStation Store
If the game isn’t installed or you’re looking for new DLC, go to the PlayStation Store from the home screen.
Search for the game by name using the magnifying glass icon at the top.
Select the game from the search results, then scroll down to the Add-Ons section on its store page to browse or purchase available DLC.
