To add a credit card to your PlayStation 5 (PS5) account using the PlayStation App on your phone, follow these steps:

Open the PlayStation App:
Launch the PlayStation App on your iOS (14.0 or later) or Android (8.0 or later) device. Sign in with the same PlayStation Network (PSN) account linked to your PS5.

Access the PlayStation Store:
From the app’s home screen (Play tab), tap the Store icon (shopping bag) at the bottom or navigate to Discover - PlayStation Store.
Go to Payment Methods:

Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top-right corner of the Store screen.
Select Payment Methods from the dropdown menu.
Add a Credit Card:

Tap Add Payment Method - Credit/Debit Card.
Enter your credit card details, including:
Card number
Expiration date

CVV code (security code on the back of the card)
Name on the card
Tap Next.

Enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your bank statement (ensure the address matches your card’s registered address and avoid special characters). Tap Save.
