To automatically upload PS5 captures (screenshots and video clips) to your phone using the PlayStation App, follow these steps:

On Your PS5:
Ensure Your PS5 is Linked to the PlayStation App:
Download the PlayStation App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and sign in with your PlayStation Network (PSN) account.
On your PS5, go to Settings- Users and Accounts - Linked Services -PlayStation App, and follow the prompts to link your console if not already done.

Enable Rest Mode and Internet Connection:
Go to Settings-System - Power Saving - Features Available in Rest Mode.
Ensure Stay Connected to the Internet is enabled to allow uploads while the PS5 is in Rest Mode.

Enable Auto-Upload:
Go to Settings- Captures and Broadcasts - Captures.
Toggle Auto-Upload to On. A pop-up may appear in the Media Gallery prompting you to enable this feature; select Enable if it does.
On the PlayStation App:

Enable Captures in the App:
Open the PlayStation App on your phone.
Tap the Game Library icon (controller with squares) at the bottom.
Select Captures at the top of the screen.

If prompted, tap Enable to allow captures to sync to the app.
Access and Download Captures:

In the PlayStation App, go to Game Library - Captures.
Your screenshots and video clips (up to 3 minutes long and 1920x1080 resolution) will appear, organized by game. They’re available for 14 days after creation.

Select a capture, then tap the Download icon (downward arrow) to save it to your phone’s gallery or file manager. You can also tap Share to send it to a PSN party or another app (e.g., social media).
