The frame rate of an After Effects composition can be changed through the comp settings. The composition settings allow you to control every aspect of the comp, including duration, resolution, and frame rate. The composition settings can be opened from the top composition menu. Once you have changed the frame rate the composition will be adjusted. If you have already started the edit then there may be some keyframe changes that you need to make to update to the new frame rate. Changing the composition frame rate won’t change the fps of a video clip.
