How to Change Date and Time on your Windows 11 PC (Settings Tutorial)
0Let’s adjust the date and time settings on your Windows 11 PC. You have a couple of options:
Manually Set the Date & Time:
Open Windows Settings (you can search for “settings” in the Start menu or press Windows + i on your keyboard).
Click on Time & Language in the sidebar.
Under Date & Time, turn off the switch next to “Set Time Automatically”.
Locate the “Set the date and time manually” option and click “Change”.
In the “Change Date and Time” window, use the drop-down menus to set your desired date and time.
If needed, adjust your time zone using the drop-down menu.
Close the Settings window when you’re done.
Automatically Set Date & Time:
By default, Windows 11 automatically syncs the time from the internet.
Make sure your PC is connected to the internet.
Open Windows Settings.
Go to Time & Language - Date & Time.
Turn on “Set Time Automatically”.
Ensure your time zone is correctly set.
Scroll down to the “Additional Settings” section and click “Sync Now” to update your PC’s date and time.
