Network transfer is the fastest and most efficient way to move games from one Xbox console to another, as it copies data directly over your local network rather than requiring you to re-download everything. This is especially useful for those with data caps or slow internet connections.

Here is the best method to use network transfer to copy games:
Step 1: Prepare the Source Xbox (the one with the games)

Turn on your Xbox: Make sure the Xbox with the games you want to copy is powered on and connected to the same network as your new Xbox Series X|S.

Go to Settings: Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then go to Profile & system - Settings.

Find Network transfer: In the Settings menu, navigate to System - Backup & transfer.

Enable network transfer: Select Network transfer and check the box that says Allow network transfer.
