How to Enable USB Debugging on Honor Phone (Best Method)
Enabling USB Debugging on an Honor phone follows the standard Android process, but the location of the "Developer options" menu can be slightly different. Here is the best method, which works for most modern Honor devices.
Step 1: Unlock Developer Options
This is a one-time process for your device.
Open your phone's Settings app.
Scroll down and tap on About phone.
Look for the "Build number". On some devices, you may need to tap on a "Software information" submenu to find it.
Tap on the "Build number" seven times in quick succession. A message will appear counting down the taps. After the seventh tap, you will see a message like "You are now a developer!" and you may be prompted to enter your PIN or password to confirm.
Step 2: Turn on USB Debugging
Go back to the main Settings menu.
Now, the location of the "Developer options" menu can vary on Honor phones. It's most commonly found under System & updates.
Tap on System & updates, then select Developer options.
Scroll down to the "Debugging" section.
Find the "USB debugging" option and toggle it to the ON position.
A pop-up will appear with a warning. Tap "OK" to confirm that you want to enable USB debugging.
