How to TURN On USB Debugging on Android Phone (Developer Options)
USB Debugging is a setting in the Android operating system that allows a device to communicate with a computer for advanced operations. It is a necessary step for many developer-related tasks, such as installing apps from a PC, rooting your device, or using your phone as a webcam.
The setting is hidden by default in a menu called "Developer options." Here is the best method to enable both the menu and USB Debugging.
Step 1: Unlock Developer Options
This is a one-time process for your device.
Open your phone's Settings app.
Scroll down and tap on About phone. On some phones, this may be under a "System" menu.
Look for the "Build number". On some devices (like Samsung), this might be under a "Software information" submenu.
Tap on the "Build number" seven times in quick succession. A message will pop up counting down the taps. After the seventh tap, you will see a message like "You are now a developer!" You may be prompted to enter your PIN or password to confirm.
Step 2: Turn on USB Debugging
Go back to the main Settings menu.
You should now see a new option called "Developer options" at or near the bottom of the list. On some phones, it might be located under "System" or "Additional settings."
Tap on Developer options.
Scroll down to the "Debugging" section.
Find the "USB debugging" option and toggle it ON.
A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm. Tap "OK" to enable it
