Do you have old or unused devices cluttering up your Google Play store, making it harder to manage your current gadgets? Whether you’ve upgraded your phone, switched tablets, or simply want to streamline your Google Play experience, hiding those devices can clean up your view and simplify app installations.
In this video I'll show you how to hide devices on Google Play, ensuring that only your active devices show up, making your digital life a bit tidier.
Step 1. Open a web browser and navigate to Play.Google.com. Sign into the Google account associated with your Android devices if prompted. You'll land on your Google Play Store home screen.
Step 2. Click your profile icon at the top of the screen to open a menu, and then click "Library and Devices" in this menu. The Library screen opens.
Step 3. Click "Devices" in this menu. You'll see all of the devices associated with your Google Play Store account.
Step 4. Find the device you want to hide, and then click to remove the check mark from the Show in Menus column associated with that device. That specific device will be hidden on Google Play going forward.
